I beg to inform you that the Friends Road Colony has become a a sort of garbage dump filled with garbage and smelly. The drainage system is choked and overflowing. Pikes of garbage can be seen everywhere. This unsanitary condition of the locality is at the worst possible situation and a health hazard to the public.
