It was purchased on 28th February 2011 and now I propose to construct a two bed room flat in the existing vacant land. Requisite specifications and drawings of the proposed construction duly drawn by the authorized surveyor are enclosed for your kind perusal.
The application form together with the vacant land certificate issued by the competent authority, attested copies of the sale deeds and requisite Demand draft drawn in the name of Municipal Commissioner is also enclosed for your consideration and necessary approval please.
