Subject: Complaint about irregular water supply
Dear Sir
The residents of our locality have not received water for the past 2 days. This has been the fifth water shortage in the past year. Thus, as a resident, I would like to complain about the irregular water supply to our area.
Water is essential for all forms of life. Understanding the importance, the residents of Model Town have been dutifully paying for water supply to our area. When the water supply is suddenly cut off, it causes a huge hindrance and disturbance to our daily life. People cannot cook, wash or clean without water. We have to pay extra to buy bottled water despite already paying for water supply. This is still manageable in the short term, but when it occurs frequently, it becomes such a huge problem that even native residents are forced to move elsewhere to get water supply.
We had earlier put forward a petition regarding this matter, but to no avail. Kindly fulfill your duty to us citizens and look into this matter immediately.
