Respected Sir
I am <Your name> From <Your society name> and I hereby wish to inform you that the people of other society throws the daily garbage to a plot which is quite near to our residence. As a result we complained about it to them several times but they don't pay an apologize for our complain.
Due to the garbage, the children of our society are falling sick again and again and as a result mosquitoes and flies breed in large number. At the evening people don't feel like to have a walk due to the bad smell coming out from the garbage.
Hence, I request you to warn them or take some actions and also supply garbage bins to them in their society. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
