I visited with my family to your grand hotel on 10th August to celebrate my brother's birthday .Unfortunately the sub-standard food quality in your restaurant really disappointed our spirits.

The dinner started off in a very dissatisfied way when we were served some tasteless food .The main course tasted equally bad .

The only redeemed feature was the well mannered Service .
