Please allow me to draw your attention to the stray cows in this colony.

The cows have always been there. But they were never before as dangerous as they are these days. These days, the residents fear passing through the colony. The threat of being bitten by a cow is very strong. New pups are there in a very large number. Many of the cow suffer from skin diseases. It might be contagious. During evenings, the residents. can't move freely. They fear that they might trample over them or be bitten by them.

Please take the necessary steps to help the residents of this colony at the earliest.
