I'm writing this letter to inform you that we have been waiting more than half an hour to crossing our area due to heavy traffic because of inadequate parking facility.my suggestion is, if we expand our road little bit that would help us to get relief from traffic. we hope that would receive a good response from you.

Subject-  Complaints regarding inadequate parking facilities in my colony.

Sir,

I would like to register my complaint against the inadequate parking facilities in my colony. It is because of this reason that a lot of inconveniences is being faced by the residents. Due to the lack of parking area, they have to park their vehicles anywhere which proves to be very risky at times. There are chances that the vehicles are damaged or stolen. Even it creates chaos among the residents.

I hope that early and immediate action would be taken by the authority for the issue.
