Subject: Lack of parking area
Sir:
I am writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice that there is no proper parking facility in our area. The open spaces meant for parks for children and community parking has been sold off by the greedy property dealers. As a result there is no open spaces are left in our locality. People don’t have any place to park their vehicles. The condition of roads near the market place is the worst. During rush hour, traffic jams are everyday phenomena. The roads of the colony remain half occupied by personal vehicles most of the time.
I appeal to you on behalf of the residents to look into the matter and have a public parking facility built for the residents. Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Jaspal Singh

Sir,
Subject:Regarding inadequate parking facilities.
On behalf of the resident of my colony, I would like to draw the attention of your department towards inadequate parking facilities in our colony.
There is not much space left for parking. The playground available for children is now used by some people's for their car parking. Our colony is a well known place, so most of the time foreigners and tourist reach here to see the historical monument, that time the market roads condition become even more worsen.
For parking a car sometime one has to look here and there for proper safety, under these circumstances, it is imperative on the park of the authority to make sufficient facilities available for parking the vehicles.
I has to appeal on the behalf of the resident to see the gravity of this matter and some measures will be adopted.
Yours faithfully,
Rohit Pandey
