I am maira pogaht. I am writing this letter to inspector of dehli. about snatching of chain in our area .

In our locality their are many thief's. Yesterday when I was going to market with my mom then a man came on a bike snatch a girl chain from her neck .and also cut her hands and snatched a Bengals.

so I want a help from you that solve this matter as soon has possible. plzzzz..... Help us in our locality.
