I am a resident of cht to Dilshad Park Pune and have been living here for more than 10 years but for the past one month my letters are not been delivered properly more than half a dozen letters have gone missing some of them contained important communication but could not reach me
sir I think the new postman on our beat is showing this negligence towards his duties his name is xyz when I talk to him about my lost meals he reacted very rudely
