Respectfully, i beg to say that my name is MURLI . I am a citizen of SUBHASH NAGAR , DEHRADUN . i have to file a complaint for your late dilivery of letters. We are in big concern about this and you also must find a solutiom for this.

when we post letters to our relatives , friends , etc. we wait for their replied letters. but no reply for days. Whem we headed to the post office we found that letters of weeks and months ago were still there. we are very disappointed by this. Kindly help us and find any solution for this. because it could be a major cause for your buisness to drop .
