I am very sorry to report that my letters are not properly delivered to me.

The postman of our area, Shri Sunil Pal, is very irregular and careless. He does not perform his duty honestly. He delivered my letters either to wrong persons or to children playing in the street put up a letter box bearing my name and address. But he does not put my letters into my house. I requested him many times but it no effect. I am, therefore, obliged to complain to you against him.

Please take necessary action. I shall feel highly obliged to you for this.

Sir my name is___ and i want to draw your attention  toward our area.

Sir i was apply for a job on wednesday at delhi there they said to me that they send me letter with in 5-7day but after 2 week i got the letter which is so late when i go to the copany and ask about the letter they said to me that they post it on Thursday but i got it after 2 week what is this? Sir i was shocked.

Sir  at last plz take atrick action regarding this. This is my request and a type of warning also.
