The Postmaster,

Re: Non-receipt of money order.

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that an amount of ____________ (Amount) vide money order against Receipt No. ____________, ____________ (Date) was sent from your post office for delivery to ____________ (Name) ____________ at (full address). I am very much disheartened to mention that this money order has not reached the destination till writing this letter although more than one month has already elapsed.

On account of non- receipt of the money order, the addressee has been put to extreme difficulty, as he has been handicapped in defraying certain immediate expenses for want of money.

I would, therefore, request you to investigate the matter as to where the money order in question has been struck off and arrange its immediate delivery at the other end so as to enable the addressee to overcome the hardship due to non- receipt of money against the said money order.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,
