Sir,
I am constrained to write this complain letter after experiencing some unprofessional and rude behaviour from the staff working in the parcel section.
Due to the delay in receiving my parcel I started making inquiries. Finally it was confirmed that the parcel was despatched to the Head Post Office of Gurgaon more than a week ago. The staff in the parcel section checked their records and said there was no parcel in my name. When I told them about my inquiries and requested them to check again, they refused to do so. They said I should come again after two days because they were busy. I understand that all post offices are busy and I appreciate the work they are doing. But the employees must understand that they are dealing with people and their main duty is to provide the best services to everyone.
Kindly ensure that no customer face any harassment in the future.
