Sub : Irregular delivery of letter

Sir,

I have been observing for the last two months that delivery of letters is not regular. The postman who delivered letters in our house before was very regular. The present postman seems to be not very particular about his duties. Letters don't reach us in time. He seldom comes for afternoon delivery. Many letters are lost.

On Saturday morning he dropped an important letter in the box of my next door neighbor. My neighbor is good enough to check his letter box daily and returned me the letter.

I feel sorry to complain against an employee, but I lodge this complaint after a long watch.
