                                                                  SIR ,I AM A MEMBER OF YOUR AREA I WANT TO WRITE THIS LETTER TO YOU BECAUSE I DIDNOT GET SOME OF MY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FROM THE POST OFFICE.I NEED MY DOCUMENTS URGENTLY BECAUSE SOME MEMBERS HAVE ASKED ME ABOUT IT.BUT UNFORTUNANTLY THEY ARE NOT WITH ME THEY ARE WITH MY PARENTS.THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL BE SENDING ME BY POST.IT HAVE BEEN  MANY DAYS SINCE I AM WAITING FOR MY DOCUMENTS.THEY DID NOT COME TO ME.HOPE YOU HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM SIR.
