I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman of our area is very irregular in his duties. He does not deliver the letters regularly and properly. He throws the letters carelessly. He gives our letters to the wrong persons. Sometimes he misbehaves the people.

People face many difficulties because of his misbehavior. A student missed to go in his interview because he got his interview call after the date of the interview.

Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the postman so that people may get proper and good services.

Sir,

This is to inform you that I am Rohini Gupta, a resident of K.P.S. Colony, Jadavpur. A letter was to reach me within 20th July, 2022. It is a job offer letter and it is very important to me. Without this letter I am not able to join my new job. I have already visited Jadavpur Post Office thrice and every time I was told that I would be informed later. Sometimes they said there was no link, so nothing could be done. Two weeks have passed still I haven't received the letter. Yesterday one of your employees told me that it was returned to the sender's address again.

I am very disappointed with the service. Due to the negligence of your staffs, till now I am not able to join my job. I would suggest you to build up a technical team, who would handle all technical issues. Employees should be fast and polite to deal the customers. You should take immediate steps towards idle employees. Then only the service would improve.

I shall be highly obliged if you accept my suggestions and help me to receive my letter as early as possible.
