Subject : Complaint for late delivery of parcel

Respected Sir ,

I am XYZ, I live in Borivali, Mumbai. I am writing this letter to complain about the late delivery of parcels.

Sir , My aunt had sent the parcel through post 20 days back . It has to delivered after 5 But I received it yesterday . The parcel was containing my all documents and certificates, which I needed for the admission in an Reputed institution. But because of your late delivery of parcel . I wasn't able to take the admission.

Please see to it that it won't happen next time .Hope you will give accurate delivery from next . So that we will not suffer.
