Sub. Beautification and greening of neighbourhood park
May I suggest that our Welfare Association take the initiative to beautify and increase the green cover of the neighbourhood park? A beautiful, green park in the neighbourhood, besides giving us more clean air to breathe, would enhance appeal of our own apartment complex.
I have already spoken to several residents regarding this project and a majority have expressed their willingness, to spend time on making this project successful.
Kindly give it a thought and let the residents known at our next executive committee meeting.

We all are aware of the increasing pollution and the detrimental effects that it has on the health of the individuals.
I would personally like to request you to plant some amazing trees as well as beautiful flowering partners in the colony's garden so that our colony looks beautiful, and we also contribute towards getting rid of pollution.
