Dear Honourable Prime Minister,
I am a great lover of cleanliness. I truly believe that cleanliness is next to Godliness. That is why, I cringe when I notice that the majority of people do not have any civic sense.
Sir, I would like to share with you some thoughts on how we could make the people take up cleanliness with enthusiasm. Please pardon me if the suggestion is not up to the mark. Sir, what if the Government allowed Tax Benefits to people who take up Clean India Projects in their neighbourhood and provide proof of the same?
