With due respect I state that I am student of class VIII of your school I’m a very regular and sincere student I have always scored well in all my papers. I have always been appreciated by my teachers. I have been very active in sports as well. I have led my school football team at inter-state level under my captaincy, the team had won the trophy. Even the state sports minister had appreciated our performance.
But unfortunately I am not in a condition to participate in sports activities. Very recently, I have recovered from long illness. I have been advised by the doctors not to participate in any sports activites.
I, therefore, request you to kindly exempt me from sports and games for a month. I shall be active in sports on again as soon as I recover my lost health.

I am writing this application on behalf of the students of Std X. We want to have a seminar on the subject “The Decline of the Moghul Empire in India”. All the students of our class are interested to have the seminar.
We have requested our History teacher and also other teachers. All are willing to help us in organizing the seminar if permission is given.
So we are requesting you to grant us permission to have the seminar in the school at a suitable date.
