Respected Sir,

                       Hope you are fine. It is requested our school library is not in the best of conditions. Few changes and additions must be made to make our library up-to-date. First of all there is a dire need of internet connection so that the computers can be operated for study purposes. Moreover, e-book facility should be provided so that the students who cannot afford books can make use of e-books in the library. Another addition can be made by adding literary books in the library. Apart from syllabus books, novels and story books of both English and Urdu must be provided in order to enhance the vocabulary of students. Literature must also be taught by placing poetry and other books in both Urdu and English language. There is a dire need of dictionaries in the library. Up-to-date versions of encyclopedias must also be present to make students aware of their languages and their surroundings.

                        I hope these additions will be made soon and our library will be updated. I hope you will consider my request. Thanking you in anticipation.
