Sub : Requesting you to take necessary action regarding the library .

This is Varshinne of class 9 th studying in your school . This is letter is to complain about not issuing books from the school library .

Mam , from the past one week the librarian of our school isn't issuing books to us even though if we ask her. We have even complained this to our class teacher . We have an upcoming book review competition and we have to be all ready for it . To prepare for that we need books from library . Not only regarding that aspect we also need reference books for our studies .

I hope you understood the gravity of our problem and would take a necessary action that will help us . I hope I would get a positive response from you mam .
