With due respect, I am writing this letter to ask for the permission to arrange a field trip to some old forts for my History course. This trip is very important for the students of history as they have to work on a research project and for that they need to visit different locations under the supervision of their instructor. For the trip we will be needed the college buses. I have attached the list of places we need to visit.
The school will close for the summer vacation next week. We want to go on an educational trip. We want to see the Taj Mahal. We also want to see Fatehpur Sikri.
On our way back, we want to see Delhi. This trip will be very useful to us It will give us first hand knowledge. History as subject will become interesting.
The trip will cost rupees three hundred per head. Our teacher of History has agreed to take us to these places. Thirty boys of my class will go on this trip. I hope you will arrange this trip.
