It's a very proud moment for me that I was selected the only student as a Medium Between our Students Group and you. And today by writing this letter I wanted to tell you about our Plans for this last weekend of this Academic session 2020-2021. I am clearly known of the Annual Examination held after 3 weeks and abide by that information only we have Planned a Picnic.
Actually, our group has planned a Picnic for this weekend. But only if you Grant permission to this Plan. This weekend is gonna be the last time all the students of a Section will be together and so for that we planned to enjoy that time because after that Annual Examination will be Held and after that we all will get scattered in different sections. There will be no nuisance and mischief. We will just go to the desired destination and play games, eat and enjoy and at night back home. It is only one day plan and we thought that The Park in our locality would be the best destination for our Picnic and If you have any other destination for our Picnic you can suggest us .
We hope that you will understand our thoughts and take a just decision. Your decision will be the final and we will not neglect it . We know that you will think about our good Future and take the Decision. We are waiting for your decision. Tomorrow in the Morning Assembly you can tell us your Decision.
