Respected Sir,
Most respectfully I would like to bring to your attention about the deteriorating condition of the school's hostel. The buildings are getting more old, cracked and even some of the walls have started coming off. Not only that, the coloring of the walls have also had molded.
Also, another issue which needed concern is the mess food that we are getting in the hostel. The food isn't cooked properly, nor are they clean. Added to that, the plates and utensils are always dirty, making it hard for us to eat comfortably.
So, if it could be possible, I would like to ask for some ways of improving the condition of these issues. If the mess workers can do their jobs properly, and making the utensils clean so as it will make it more hygienic. And if any renovations or even repairs can be made in regards to the hostel buildings, it would be of great help to us, the residents, both mentally and physically.
