I the undersigned, am a resident of above mentioned locality and is studying in your school in grade 9 A

Recently we had to pay third quoter school fees, but as my parents were out of town due to some reason I could not pay the fees on time. I am really sorry for the delay, please allow me to sit in the class, my parents would be back home by a week and would pay the fees accordingly (YOU CAN ADD WHY YOUR PARENTS WERE OUT OF TOWN)

I hope you are condoled with my reason . I apologize for this delay
