Madam,

I am Amayra Roy, a sincere and old student of class 10 of your school. Being a qualified candidate for the sports competition I was supposed to participate in that but due to my illness I think it would be impossible for me to participate.

Since last two I am badly affected by jaundice and according to the doctor's suggestions, I must take bed rest for at least 1 week and I am now hospitalised for three days. Although my condition now is quite more stable than the previous day but I am hardly able to talk properly.

Thus, being a victim of such a worse condition I am requesting you to grant my wish of not participating in the annual sports meet then I will be highly obliged to you forever.
