Subject - Regarding the need for cleanliness outside the school premises.

Sir,

I am Shashi, student of class 9. I am writing this letter, to bring to your notice, that area just outside the school premises needs immediate cleanliness work.

After school, children buy food items from roadside vendors and throw the papers, or plates here and there. This not only makes the area untidy but also invites animals.

I would also like to suggest you, to appoint someone to clean the area daily, so that no waste accumulates. Kindly look into the matter.
