Dear Madam:

Respectfully I wish to state that I have been diagnosed with skin infection on my back and feet. There is a persistent itching on account of the infection. The doctor has advised me to wear very light clothes. He has advised me not to wear any sock for a few days. Kindly allow me to attend school in casual clothes. I don’t want to miss my studies by being absent from the school for the same reason. I am attaching the medical report for your perusal. I shall be grateful for the favor.

Dear Ma'am,

Through this letter, I want to tell you that while going to home from school. A bike came with high speed which crashes with my cycle. Due to my that accident I have pain in my hand, I was not even able to write a word. Doctor's said that my bone of hand had been broken. And they use plaster to heal my hand. Doctor's adviced me to do holiday for 1 week but I doesn't want to take holiday because if I take holiday then I was not able to score good marks. I am not even able to wear the school dress. So, please allow me to wear casual dress.
