I beg most respectfully to state that the test examination of our batch going to be held from 10th July 2018, Monday.
On review my progress on different subjects, I realize that my preparation is not up to the mark.
In case I appear for the exam, I may pass but won’t get any rank in my class. I am very sorry for this situation and at the same time feeling shame to request you to exempt me from appearing the Test.
