Subject -: Upgradation of Library

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am writing to you regarding the upgradation of the library. Nowadays, some students have read all the books and since I am a member of the school council I request you to add more books to the library and renovate the library.

Students have raised a request for bringing in new books and renovating the library. We want the library to be cosier with several books and shelves. This will encourage the students to enter the world of books and read. The library could have more space with more books. The library is a very important place in the school so I have decided that by the time the library is renovating we can shift to e-library. We can borrow books online and return them in the same manner. It would be a new experience for the students.
