Madam,
I have come to the conclusion that it was a mistake on my part to have taken Biology with Mathematics as my subjects. I am an engineering aspiring student. Yet my parents wanted me to be a doctor, but now I have talked to them and I feel I should change my subjects to Physics, Chemistry and Engineering drawing in order to fullfil my dream of becoming an engineer. My subject teachers have no obligations or objections to this change.
I shall be grateful if I am allowed this change as early as possible.

Respected Sir,
With due respect, i am a student of your school of class XYZ. I have (subject name) as my main subject. But I'm exceedingly week in this subject, I have to put extra endeavour for this subject. I will feel very erroneous with my current subject combinations. Also, due to poor subject knowledge, I am not able to study that subject for exams purpose. In the previous exam, I got any hardly poor percentage in it.
I feel remorseful that I made a wrong decision at the time of my admission. Therefore, I humbly request you to allow me to offer (subject) instead of pol science subject.
