Sir

With due respect I state that I am student of class VIII of your school I'm a very regular and sincere student I have always scored well in all my papers. I have always been appreciated by my teachers. I have been very active in sports as well. I have led my school football team at inter-state level under my captaincy, the team had won the trophy. Even the state sports minister had appreciated our performance.

But unfortunately I am not in a condition to participate in sports activities. Very recently, I have recovered from long illness. I have been advised by the doctors not to participate in any sports activities.

I, therefore, request you to kindly exempt me from sports and games for a month. I shall be active in sports on again as soon as I recover my lost health.

Thanking you,

Subject: Extension in Games Period at School

Sir,

We the students of class 10th would like to earnestly request to you to add 20 minutes to the existing time for the games period.Currently we are getting a games period for only 40 minutes. We find it considerably less.We are not able to play properly in this short span of time. Moreover, there is a long wait when we are lining up for the games.About 15 minutes are wasted in this stuff..

In addition to that we do long for a few minutes to relax and enjoy with our friends.

We request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and allow us to have an 1 hour of Games Period.

Thanking you

Your's faithfully

Students of class 10th B

(HOPE IT HELPS YOU)
