With due respect, I, the undersigned, the student of class XI of your school beg to state that a proper sanitization should be taken in our school before re-opening the institution. As we all know that Government has announced about the re-opening of schools in our State, we all have to continue our studies going to school. But the pandemic situation isn't under control till now. So necessary steps should be taken for the safety of the students.

I, would therefore, on the behalf of all the students of our school request you to take proper steps for sanitization. I would like to suggest to provide hand sanitizers at different places in the school. Hope to get a positive response.

I would like to draw your attention towards the new guidelines given by the government. I the student of class 8th of your school want to tell you that a proper sanitization should be taken in our school before re-opening. As we all know that Government has announced about the re-opening of schools in green zones we all have to continue our studies. But still the Covid-19 protocol should be followed and be in our mind always.

So I would therefore request you to take proper steps for sanitization the school. I would be glad if you provide us good sanitizers which includes good amount of alcohol so that if the virus is still there, it can be finished easily.
