Most Humbly I XYZ of your college want to appraise that our classroom has become very dirty, the table has broken from the leg , the black board has become very smooth and hence it has become very difficult to write on it. The benches have become old the screws have come out from the edges of it.

I therefore fervently pray to you to kindly ponder over the matter carefully and it is my request to renovate the class room and decorate it beautifully.
