Respected principal,

I am writing this letter to inform you on behalf of grade 9-A that, we all would love if there is an extra library period. We have only one library period, which is on Tuesday. Since each period is only 45 minutes, students are unable to complete reading their favorite books. They will have to wait for an whole week to read the book again.

Students who are willing to work in libraries for their research work and academic projects, the time slot is very less. If we will have two continuous periods to stay in the library, students will be glad. According to our opinion, reading novels and story books is equally important as studying textbooks. Hope we would see an extra library period soon.
