The school has grown incredibly, and our infrastructure has also raised from the ground level to become a giant structure, and it has all been possible with your constant efforts. As the school captain, I just want to point out towards an important safety aspect, that is very crucial in the school. If we could have a fire safety drill, then it would be very informative for children. The fire extinguishers in the school can be well put to use.
The safe club of our school can be put to use in such drills. Kindly, consider the proposal for arranging the fire safety drill in the school.

Subject: Arranging drill or talk on fire-safety in school

Sir:

I am writing to your esteemed self to request on behalf of all the sections of +1 and +2 to arrange either fire-safety drill or talk on fire-safety. It is quite ironical that in spite of fire-safety directives issued by CBSE, the schools don’t ensure fire-safety awareness among students and teachers. In the lack of such awareness many untoward mishaps often happen at schools.

I request you to organize a fire-drill at school. This drill with equip the students with the hands-on experience to tackle fire-emergency, in case it may happen at school, home or anywhere else. They will become familiar with using the fire-extinguishers or what precautions to take. I hope you will organize a fire-safety drill or fire-safety talk for the safety of your students.
