Subject: Extension of time of sports period

Respected Sir:

I am writing to your esteemed self to request to extend the

duration of sports period for classes IX to XII. The existing 40 minutes long

period is too short. 5 minutes get spent in reaching the ground and making

other preparations. Sports period is the only time we get to play any sport or

do physical exercises. After the school we hardly get any time to play for

various reasons such as lack of grounds and open spaces in colonies,

self-study, extra-classes, etc. Besides, in 35 minutes we hardly manage to

finish the game we start in the sports period.

Your wise self knows how crucial sports are for the proper

growth of body and mind. I hope you will ponder over our request

favourably  and extend the sports period

by 20 minutes. Thanking you.

Yours faithfully,

Aastha Sharma

Date: March 15,2014 Name of the principal or any recipient Address of the school Title: letter of request to change our teacher Dear Ma`am/Sir: Good day! We are the students from (your section and year) writing this letter to extend our concern. This is about our (subject) teacher (name of the teacher) because he is not teaching well in our class. We want you to know that we are not learning from him and this thing bothers us because we all want to be knowledgeable and this is becoming impossible. We are really hoping that this problem can be solved because we are really aiming to have a teacher who values the importance of educations. If he changes we`ll understand but if not we wish for a replacement. I hope this letter will be recognized by the administrator and you ma`am/sir as well. Thank you ma`am/sir for having time to read this message and considering our concern. Respectfully yours, (signature of all the officers or all your classmates if possible)
