i am a.b.c. of class of your school is requesting to extend our games period 40 minutes to q hour. because we got only 1 period and other period is on Saturday which most of the week has off of Saturday.
so plzzz extend our games period time to 1 hour it will great helpful from you and our class has many sports student s which wants to do practice but do not getting enough time in games period so they can't do the practice.

Respected Sir, 
I am ABC, of your school studying in class IX. I am writing this letter as a request to extend the duration of our physical education, i.e., games period from 40 minutes to an hour. Sir, I guess, you surely know the importance of physical fitness in a human, especially for the kids, as it is the growing age for them. The reason for this request is, the physical education trainers come late to the classrooms of the students and it takes a lot of time to form a proper line of students while going to the ground. It takes around 10 minutes and hence, we hardly get half of an hour to play. I hope that you will accept my request on behalf of my whole class.
