I am a physically handicapped Traveller with more than 65 % of disability in all four Limbs.
I am eligible for a Railway concession of 50% fare in sleeper as well as first class compartments.
Kindly issue me a Railway concession certificate so that I can get discount on travel fares.
My physically handicapped certificate is attached to this letter.
