I'm Amit H. Mohite, Owner of Sri Sai Stores, Ram kutir, Gagangiri, Nashik - 422 011. Yesterday we confirmed a parcel of 50kg of Rice & Wheat from your Retail Store. We had purchased & paid price for our order at yesterday evening only.
We found that the parcel delivered is not the parcel which we have ordered. The measures of rice & wheat are wrong & they are not based on the quality we had confirmed. The parcel delivered to us is not the right parcel or it must have been have delivered at the wrong place. We had paid price for our parcel, so we are expecting our parcel to be delivered by today only before the evening.
