I am a resident of Mandir Area, Patna. I would like to inform you that during the new year celebrations, organized by the a renowned new year committee of Patna, my scooter got stolen from the vehicle stand.

The registration number of my vehicle is BR023732. The colour of my scooter if black and has a classic look. Few pictures of my scooter is attached with my letter. I hope that the pictures would help you in catching the real thief quickly.

Please consider my letter and I would be really grateful to you if the investigations are started at the earliest.

Subject: Theft of my scooter

Sir,

I beg to report the theft of my scooter from the State Bank of India, R. K Puram. It was a new Bajaj pulsar of Black colour No. SH …….. It was purchased from Bajaj Auto Service Store on April 23, 2005. The original receipt is enclosed herewith as proof of my ownership.

The scooter was lost today between 10.25 am and 10.45 am. I had gone into the bank to deposit some cash. I had locked my scooter . I had kept it inside the compound. There was a lot of rush on the bank. When I came back after twenty minutes my scooter was nowhere to be seen. I made enquiries from the tea stall and other vendors. All my efforts to trace the scooter have failed.

I, therefore, request you to get the scooter traced and restore it to me.
