I beg to report the theft of my scooter from the R.C. Tutorials, Vasant Kunj. It was a new scooter of Black color No. SH …….. It was purchased from Bajaj Auto Service Store on April 23, 2018. The original receipt is included herewith as proof of my ownership. The scooter was lost today between 10.25 am and 10.45 am. I had gone to attend my classes in R.C. Tutorials. I had locked my scooter. I had kept it inside the compound. When I came back after an hour my scooter was nowhere to be seen. I made inquiries from the tea stall and other vendors. All my efforts to trace the bike went in vain.
