Respected Sir,

By this letter, I want to draw you attention towards the occurence of flu disease in the people of society. Our locality lacks cleanliness. There is no any dustbin provided in the streets of locality. Also, the drains are not covered.

It has been about 9 months that the drains are not cleaned yet. Because of such uncleanliness many harmful micorbes gets produced and affects the living organisms with diseases.

So, on behalf of my ABC locality, I request you to be concern about this matter and take some necessary steps.

Respected sir,

I am a resident of Ganesh Housing society. This is to bring to your notice that there is an outbreak of swine flu in our city. We must make our residents aware of such fatal disease.  

They must be warned to see doctor immediately if any kind of swine flu symptom is seen. The disease is contagious. So, all must be made aware of the symptoms like cold, cough, sneezing, body aches, diarrhea, vomiting etc.  

We should make them aware of this through posting messages of the same on notice board.  

Hope you are aware of this and would take proper action for the cause of benefit of residents of Ganesh Housing Society.
