• Sir, I am sorry to report the theft of my bicycle from my house, yesterday. The bicycle was kept in the open verandah of my house and was locked with an iron chain. There was nobody present in the house from 6 p.m to 9 p.m as all members of the household had gone to attend a marriage– function in the neighborhood.
