Dear sir,

Subject: Defective sub-standard product complaint.

I bought an LG washing machine of capacity 6.5 kg with top load from an authorized dealer, Sathya agencies, Haridwar in November 2020. After about 6 months, it stopped working. When I inform this to the dealer, he got it checked and told me that motor unit is completely burnt out beyond repair.

Since the machine has a guarantee of 5 years, I asked him to replace it. But no action has been taken after several remainders from me. Hence I bring this situation to your attention as you have a good reputation in Indian markets. I believe i would get a quick response from you and get it replaced through the local dealer. I have enclosed the copies of cash memo and guarantee card. Thank you in advance.
