respected sir / madam

thank you for replying to my letter and sending the order of books I gave so early I am grateful

but I am really disappointed to say that some books from the bunch are really of low quality the quality of the books are so low that tha letters from the opposite page are clearly visible due to which the reading of the book is not possible I know that this mistake wouldn't have happened under your observation I think that may be the worker of the library may have done such deed

I would like to request you to exchange those books with good quality of books I hope you reply to my letter as soon as possible and help me out with this problem

Answer:

Dear Sir,

We are one of your regular customers. We placed an order for the purchase of about four hundred books for the school library. We regret to inform you that the books supplied by you are of poor quality. Following are the defects that we would like to bring to your kind notice: Thirty copies of World History are of 2011 edition.

Similarly, twenty copies of English Grammar by R.K. Lakhani are of 2009 edition while the latest editions are available in the market. We ordered twenty copies of Modern Algebra by R.K. Kapoor. These books are in very bad condition.

We await the replacement of the old-editioned and defective books.

your faithfully

mohini
