2 weeks ago I have ordered some books .these are delivered to us 2 days ago .I have checked all the books to find whether there is any fault or not .I found that the quality of the books are very poor .some pages are not there .and the quality of the pages are very bad .

sir I want to change these books .I will be very grateful to you allow me to exchange these books.
