Respected Mr. XYZ,
I, Mr. XYZ, aged 35, travelling on a XYZ train to a XYZ place in 2-tier A/C. My ticket number was XYZ. As it was a long journey and the most of it was at night, I had my dinner, secured my suitcase and slept near a XYZ station. To my surprise, it was missing in the morning, when i woke up at a XYZ station. I checked my next compartment and most of the train. I could not find it. It is a blue colour suitcase with a lock code and it has my name, address and phone number stuck on it.
I am due to attend my interview in a XYZ place and all my documents are in the suitcase along with my clothes. I request you to make note of the situation and to look into it urgently and resolve it at the earliest. I am staying at this hotel and I have listed my contact number for you to get in touch with me. I would be grateful to you for your help.
Regards,
XYZ.
